Vecto

Vecto is a brand new travel site that is being built from the ground up. Vecto allows property owners to lease their homes, apartments, etc. to travelers (similar to airbnb.com or homeaway.com). What sets Vecto apart is that property owners can also create vacation “packages” that travelers can bid on, allowing them to auction for the best rates. Currently, Vecto is recruiting investors for funding to get the initial website created.

I was responsible for creating the layout and user experience, both for travelers and for property owners. I created a series of wireframes to illustrate Vecto’s desired experience, and using Axure RP Pro, I used those wireframes to create a clickable, working “prototype” of the site for presentation. This presentation will help Vecto secure investors, so that the prototype becomes a reality.
